The cover image of Lyoka was shot as part of the upcoming book, Alex Freund : Beauty, a Gravure Editions book. The hand-printed silkscreen cover features a logo designed especially for the issue by Deanne Cheuk.

CANNES LIONS 2009

We are very excited to announce that Alex Freund's creative direction has won a Silver Design Lion Award at the 2009 Cannes Lions Advertising Festival for his work as Creative Director and Photographer for the Nicherei Acerola Drink campaign.

The campaign was shot over a 1 week period entirely on locationin Rio de Janeiro with a mix of models and street cast talent.
